Terms of use
Pratsemetr is free and open. By using the site you accept these terms. The short version: the data is official, but it is information, not advice; tables and charts can be reused with credit.
About the site
Pratsemetr (pratsemetr.com) collects and shows official data on Ukraine’s labour market: salaries, vacancies and unemployment. The site is run by its editor, Vasyl Grygorovych (contact: ivascori@gmail.com). It is available in Ukrainian and English; if the versions differ, the Ukrainian one prevails.
Information, not advice
Everything on the site is provided for information. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment or HR advice, and it is not an offer of a job or of services. An average salary is a statistic: it does not mean you will be offered or paid that amount. Check the original sources and consult a specialist before making important decisions.
Accuracy and sources
We use official open data only, check it, and show the source, the period and the update date next to every number. Still, data can contain errors or gaps, sources revise their figures, and Ukrainian statistics do not cover the temporarily occupied territories (see the methodology). We do not guarantee that the site is error-free, complete or up to date at every moment. If you spot an error, write to us: we will fix it and record it in the list of corrections on the About page.
Licence for our materials
The tables, charts and data files that we publish on the site can be reused under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) licence, including for commercial purposes, if you:
- credit “Pratsemetr” as the source, with a link to pratsemetr.com or to the page the number is taken from;
- credit the original source (Derzhstat, the State Employment Service and so on);
- say whether you changed the data.
Data from official sources keeps the terms of its own source (CC BY 4.0 for Derzhstat and the State Employment Service; the Eurostat reuse policy). Regional boundaries: © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence, via geoBoundaries. This licence does not cover the Pratsemetr name, logo and visual identity, or other companies’ trademarks.
Acceptable use
- Automated access is allowed (see robots.txt), but do not put excessive load on the site.
- Do not try to disrupt the site or break its security.
- Do not present Pratsemetr materials as official statistics of a state body or as a statement by the source organisations.
Trademarks and links
Names and logos of companies and products mentioned on the site (including Crowe, OnHires, H2J and LinkedIn) belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
Availability
We aim to keep the site running but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or discontinue the site or any part of it without notice.
Limitation of liability
The site and its data are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses, lost profit or decisions made on the basis of the site’s materials. This does not limit any rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking; if that fails, it will be heard by a court in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
Privacy
What data we process is described in the privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The new version takes effect from the date it is published on this page. By continuing to use the site you accept the updated terms.
